Town of Morristown Virtual Online Meeting
In an effort to responsibly provide public access to Town meetings during the Covid-19 pandemic emergency, and keep everyone safe the, Town and its Technology support provider have reviewed several available remote meeting platforms. Proven security risks with some of the more well- known choices have led us to a reliable , secure provider. With our choice in place we are ready to announce how you can attend the upcoming April Meeting remotely and safely. The Town of Morristown will be holding the April meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 6 PM. This will be a remote session meeting and is available to the public by calling in by phone. Members of the public will be able to listen to the meeting live. The public may submit questions to the Town Board by emailing them to clerk@townofmorristownny.org or submit them in writing to Town of Morristown, PO Box 240, Morristown, NY 13664. Alternately, questions in writing may be dropped off in the drop box at the rear of the Town Office. Please identify yourself and give your contact information. Anonymous questions will not be considered. Important In order to be able to dial in and virtually “attend” the meeting, you will need to email or call the Town Clerk(315) 375-6510, prior to the meeting, to obtain the call- in number and the access code. The Agenda is available on the Town Website at www.townofmorristownny.org. Please dial in approximately 10 minutes prior to the meeting to make sure you can access the meeting.
